The Edwardsville Branch NAACP invites the public to attend their monthly meeting, Tuesday, February 26, 2019, at Mt. Joy Missionary Baptist Church, 327 Olive St., beginning at 6:30 pm. Edwardsville Police Chief Jay Keeven and Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, Police Chief, Kevin Schmoll are the invited guests, who will speak on the data collected on traffic stops and arrest in Edwardsville. The event is free and open to the public. This is an issue that should concern all of us; you are encouraged to come out to learn what’s going on and share any concerns you might have.
